Spacious home, great beds, easy walk to waterfront and local facilities. Highly recommend. Positive: House is an easy walk to the waterfront and sailing club, also only 10 minutes flat walk into East Gosford, with shops and restaurants. House was very clean and much larger than expected. Communication from the owner was very clear and easy. All the beds were comfortable with lovely bed linens and fresh towels for each bedroom. We stayed as a family group as were visiting relatives locally and would stay again and recommend to others visiting Gosford. Great house!

Beware - our second stay here - and our last. Positive: This was not our first time staying at the property. Location was convenient to where our team was working. Will not be back. Seems to have gone downhill in the last year - possibly because of the new property manager who was not there last time. Some highlights - the doona's are tie-died with stains which you can see as there are no covers on them. No need to get tangled in a pesky top sheet as they will not provide you with one (so you can really snuggle into that tie died doona). Bins were overflowing on arrival and we were instructed via text to put them out on the street for collection. Not our rubbish, 2 x very heavy bins. Great workout so you will not need to go to the gym. No need to set a wake up alarm as the Phillipines based property manager will text you every couple of hours with new instructions and jobs for you to complete. If you like paying to sleep in filth and do someone elses chores this is the place for you. Negative: The "property manager" hounded us in the days before our booking to make a deposit of several hundred dollars to cover incidentals or "purchase" insurance from them for $25. This was not mentioned prior to booking and only came up when it was too late to cancel/or find other accommodation. Requests were outside of Booking.com via WhatsApp, phone and text - the messages we received via WhatsApp originated in the Phillipines. Spent over an hour on the phone with Booking.com while they tried to explain to the manager that we did not have to pay an additional deposit. 2 x red bins were full to capacity from previous guests when we arrived, we were told by text to put the bins on the street even though it was not our rubbish. Very heavy bins that should not have to be moved by us. No top sheets provided, no spare sheets - just a stained doona with no cover! Disgusting.

Beautiful noise, lovely decor, comfy beds and lounge. Positive: Amazing shower! Beds sooooo comfortable. Gorgeous house. Very easy to deal with owners. Will definitely use it again Negative: The steep arrow driveway lol. No covered areas outside
